Hi! What a fascinating website, about a fascinating place! Can't swing it right now financially, but would LOVE to visit sometime for a weekend...maybe next year, who knows...

Anyway, I found Deb Gish's article (via Google) on a "test" version of your website, and downloaded it as a Word file. The I found it as a post in your blog. But there was no author information in the Word file. It is an EXCELLENT article, and as I am in the middle of preaching/teaching the very notions and ideas contained in the article here in my current parish (in NW Ohio), I am seeking permission to copy and use the article. Can you tell me how? Can you pass this in to Deb, or tell me where to go? Thanks! God bless :-)

Serving your youth
My name is Nikita, and I book my band of brothers, Everfound. The heart and purpose of our ministry is to reach out to our generation and share what God has done in our lives. Our parents brought us from Russia thirteen years ago, and for the last four years we've been traveling the country sharing our testimony at youth groups, concerts, festivals, worship nights and many other events. We've released an album as well as placed in the finals at national competitions, and so far this year have played over 80 concerts/worship nights.

You can hear us at: www.everfoundmusic.com

It would be a privilege to come play a concert for your youth. We perform full sets of original music and end every concert with 3 or 4 popular worship songs.

Our hearts are in ministry and we are flexible. We will be in San Francisco Sunday, October 26 and Monday the 27th. We want to reach out and serve then just drive through your city. Please let me know if you are interested and if you have ANY questions or concerns.

May Christ's love and grace illuminate your youth!

I am a youth pastor of three United Methodist churches in San Jose CA. We are a combined youth ministry and we come to SF every year to learn more about economic justice, poverty and faith. I am always inspired by what i read about New Monasticism, Shane Claiborne's writing and what i read about your church. I want my teens to not only see the UM church, mega churches and other kinds but especially understand the kind of church community you embody. I don't know exactly how it would be possible but I want to open their eyes to this kind of living. Would it be possible to come to your "service" or home or have one or a few of your home members share about what you guys do and believe and the Biblical models of community? Our group would be all high school students, about 35-40. We plan on coming to SF the weekend of September 27th and 28th.

Please let me know what you think.
